To bid or sell you will need to log in with your Username and Password. To log in, click Login to my Account on the navigational bar at the top of every page - you will then be asked to enter your username and password. If you don’t see the login button, you are already logged in.
If you have forgotten your password you may rest your password by clicking the button below.
You will be asked to enter the e-mail address you registered with us. We will email you a secure link which will allow you to reset your account password. You will receive the email within moments, if you have not received your new password please check the junk folder in your email.
NOTE: Passwords and usernames are case sensitive - make sure your caps lock button is not on. When choosing a new password make sure you choose something that is memorable for you but hard for anyone else to guess. We recommend using a combination of upper case and lower case letters and numbers.
Do not share your username and password information with anyone. You alone are responsible for all activity on your account.
Creating An Account From A Guest Checkout
If you have made a purchase as a guest and you did not create an account when you were checking out, you will not be able to communicate directly with our sellers or see your updated shipping status.
To create an account, follow these instructions
- Find the email that you received confirming your payment (It will be titled "Your payment to SELLER NAME has been processed")
- Open the email
- Click on the "View Invoice" button
- You will be taken to Gem Rock Auctions to view the invoice
- On the left side, you will see a blue box that says "Activate your account"
- fill in your details and you will have created an account with us
